My Official Book Launch: When Relationship Matter: A Socioemotional Approach to Teaching and Learning

 Dear Readers,

Click the book cover if you would like to buy a copy through the publisher's bookstore!

Your. girl. is. an. author!!

This week went from chill to  crazy unbelievable because the book I have been writing the last year and a half- is finished and officially published.

It went live on my publisher's site on Monday, but I didn't stubble on it until Wednesday.

My immediate reaction was Heck YEAH! Finally!

My settled reaction was Uh. Oh. What now?!?!

Well, after a few days of moping around about the unknown road ahead of me, a few talks with family members, a call with my book consultant, and lots of prayer-

I gathered more faith and courage to do more "things" on this adventure that I know nothing about.

The only thing I was certain on... was that

Jesus called me to share this book with the world.

So, that's what I'm doing readers!  Mother Goins is going global!

Well, that's the goal, but I'll need your help.

First,  I would love you to hear the book yourself.  I don't even have a physical copy of the book in hand, but I've been housing the manuscript on my laptop for a few weeks now.  On my new podcast, Mother Goins, I share a few episodes introducing myself and reading the Preface, Introduction, and the Table of Contents.

Check it out by clicking this logo.

If you like what you hear, spread the word out and buy the book!

Second, if you are local and/or know me in person, consider ordering the book from me through this book interest survey.  It costs $10 and I'll send you an autographed copy.  I would love to host a Book Launch party over Zoom if anyone is interested after reading the book!

Lastly, this is my new website for the book.  It is the main source of contact as an author.  I'm keeping the pen name, Mother Goins, because I think it suits my heart.  For a long time, I used to beat myself up that I cared too much of what other people thought of me.  However, now I know I had that all wrong.

I care too much that all people are cared for.

including our youngest pupils in the classroom.

Relationship- first teaching and learning is needed more than ever now that we are teaching through a global pandemic.  Young children are navigating themselves through new social problems and norms.  Let's join together and not let them feel alone through all the changes.

A solid relationship with your students could be the hope they need to wake up and start another day!

Until next time friends!  Happy Valentine's Day!

With Love.  Always,

Crystal
