It's Not Personal, It's Just Business

 Dear Readers,

In the world we live in, especially if you want to strive for opportunity-

 you have to accept -this phrase...

It's not personal.  It's just  business.

Whether said or unsaid,

doors open and doors close everyday.

That phrase is always-

The. Bottom. Line.

When this phrase comes to mind, 

I always have to brace myself for impact-

Like a vaccine shot-that always stings going in- IT. HURTS.

But, in the long run, my mind is at peace because I know it can provide protection and security for my future.

God is calling me out again.

New school.

Same purpose.

With. my. crew.

 I leave my BMW work family to start a new chapter in my life- sharing a new work family with my kids. 

This time-   MY KIDS need me.

They need me to be a physical presence in a new environment that is constantly changing.

They need me to be a safe space and familiar face when they are unsure of themselves and who God wants them to be.

They need me to be their role model and leader of kindness, learning, and hard work.

They need me to show them- it's OK- if they don't always fit in.

It's OK- if we all- are unique and different.

Lastly, they need me to show them that mommy is willing to sacrifice for the benefit of our  family...

even when its hard, inconvenient, or just doesn't make sense.

Ben and I raise our kids to know that...

 GOD LEADS OUR STEPS and family is important!

To know that mommy is willing to teach at school with them, 

makes them feel known and loved.

For that, I am grateful  for the new "business" God has planned for US.
